Help with an order

Include your order number and the product or theme you are asking about. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photographs of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.

Before choosing a gift

We can help explain the product contents, acrylic material, available themes and delivery information shown on a listing. Please contact us before ordering if a gift date or product detail is important to you.
